Its been a wild and fascinating journey since the last long-form newsletter. Here are some of the highlights of the last couple months:
I was ushered out of the jungle by a tooth that finally cracked after bothering me for months on end. I don’t go to dentists as a general rule but this was an emergency. I saw Dr. Val Kanter in Santa Monica, California. She did great work with her holistic dentistry and saved my tooth.
That put my head at ease for the first time this year. What a relief! But because of my tooth I had been fasting a lot and eating very little — and feeling the benefits thereof. And I really loved it. This year I have been back on the road like the pre-plandemic days and throughout the course of the year, I was almost back in shape. The traveling is good for me — especially if I don’t have to sit too often.
Today is Day 4 on another water fast that’s part of our Detox and Cleanse (and it’s the final step for putting me back in shape…finally!). If you are still in the Cleanse with me as you read this, good job!!

I am going to continue Cleansing and fasting here for the next 2-3 weeks. Feeling great with all this momentum. There is no question, at this point, that it has been the consistent parasite cleansing that has assisted me in achieving back my ideal weight. It’s been awhile. And it feels GREAT!! Some of my favourite recent scenes on this trip back to this moment, were being reunited with some of my favourite trees.
This one is a Kadota Fig I planted in the mid-1980’s. I think it was 1984. WoW does this fig produce delicious figs. Whoa. Like Next Level.
Look at that! No wonder I am a FigPig.
And this location is also where I have a considerable collection of exotic cacti and frankincense. Here is shot of that with the Boswellia (frankincense) in the foreground. You can see a few types of San Pedro cacti, a young olive tree and another Kadota fig in the background.
Moving on, I ended up in Texas with some of my new faves there. Check out this Bougainvillea flowering for the first time ever!
And I had to reconnect with this gynostemma patch. As you may know this is the main ingredient in Longevity Tea.
Finally, I made it up here to the Far North. Where Autumn leaves adorn the landscape. Not all leaves have fallen or changed yet, take a look at this Persimmon tree. The breeder of this cold-hardy tree promised me this variety would survive. I got six from him originally. Three survived. This one went all the way! What a beauty!

Dosage: 0.2 mg ivermectin / kg bodyweight

A deeper investigation has revealed an important discovery regarding:
Quercetin
Natto K2 (Vitamin K2 derived from Natto)
HCQ (HydroxyChloroquine)
Ivermectin
This research reveals that Quercetin, Natto-derived Vitamin K2, HCQ and Ivermectin itself are P-glycoprotein Inhibitors that potentiate ivermectin. When ivermectin is excessively potentiated in mammal experimental models, fertility is lowered and toxic reactions are possible for ivermectin.
What does this mean?
A few things:
When taking Quercetin, Natto K2 and/or HCQ take less ivermectin (men may want to cut from 12 mg / day to 6 mg / day and women may want to cut from 6 mg / day to 3 mg / day) or one may choose to take no ivermectin at all when taking any of all of these three compounds as these three make ivermectin more powerful and potentially toxic.
Not only that, but ivermectin itself is a P-glycoprotein inhibitor and a build up of ivermectin in the system may make ivermectin progressively toxic; therefore, cycling on and off ivermectin is recommended (eg. 2 or 3 weeks on and 1 or 2 weeks off).
These P-Glycoprotein Inhibition recommendations have not been confirmed in human studies, yet this research is warranted based on mammal studies. Overall, the safety profile of Quercetin, Natto-K2, HCQ and ivermectin are individually extraordinarily high—they are considered some of the safest nutraceuticals on the market.
Research Resources on P-Glycoprotein Inhibition:
Ivermectin, Chloroquine & Hydroxychloroquine, Quercetin are all P-glycoprotein inhibitors. Numerous statin products are P-Glycoprotein inhibitors as well.
Since Covid and the injections began, like ivermectin, another parasite killer has been mentioned as part of Covid treatment and injection shedding by various professionals in the health field. That parasite killer is: Fenbendazole (200 mg a day with food). Sometimes known as “fenben” this type of benzimidazole is a pharmaceutical used to treat parasites and worms (roundworms, hookworms, whipworms and some tapeworms) in animals (common brand names are Pancur and Safe-Guard). Fenben has even been suggested as a cancer treatment in humans (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-018-30158-6 and https://www.scitechnol.com/peer-review/fenbendazole-enhancing-antitumor-effect-a-case-series-2Kms.php?article_id=14307). Benzimidazoles have been in use —primarily in animals — for about 60 years.
Recently, a surge of health professionals are recommending that patients take fenben for Covid injection side effects and injuries. The recommended dosage of fenbendazole is 200mg per day with food.
Only 2 published studies on FenBen and human use have turned up on the Internet:

Fenbendazole in doses of 1.0 g and 1.5 g per person were effective against Ascaris and gave substantial egg count reductions against hookworm (mainly Necator americanus). PMID: 779682).
Though little research has been done on the effects of fenbendazole on humans, thus far, experience from health professionals has shown that this parasite killer is not dangerous to humans. Serrapeptase: Serrapeptase provides the anti-inflammatory breakdown of excess and unusual protein. Dosage: 100-200 mg on an empty stomach per day.
Nattokinase: Nattokinase has a long history of being used to prevent blood clots. 2000-4000 Fibrinolytic Units per day (2-4 capsules) with or without food.
Special Note: Iver.mectin is showing great promise against hydrogels containing graphene oxide and found on PCR test swabs.
Here is the Complete Protocol
- Coated Silver (1-6 drops per day, depending on degree of exposure) (Coated silver blocks the sulfur-bearing protein on the spikes from entering the cell. Sulfur-rich amino acids on the spike protein interact with silver causing them to fold incorrectly).
- NAC (N-acetyl cysteine) (accelerates detoxification and is considered a producer of the super detoxifier glutathione in the body) Dosage: 900-1800 mg per day on an empty stomach. Plant Sprouts:
- Wheatgrass and Wheatgrass Juice (the young blades are high in shikimate)
- Legume family beans that are generally considered to be rich in shikimate. I have found testing of 5 sprouts and all were rich in shikimate: red kidney bean (Phaseolus vulgaris), moth bean (Vigna aconitifolia), soy bean (Glycine max), mung bean (Vigna radiata) and alfalfa (Medicago saliva). All these were analysed for their shikimic acid content during germination, so the sprouting process is key to activate shikimate production.
Enzymes:
- Nattokinase (enzyme) and Natto is a traditional Japanese food made from soybeans fermented with Bacillus subtilis var. natto. Natto (also rich in vascular protective Vitamin K2) and Nattokinase have a history of being used to prevent blood clots. The idea is here is that the enzyme Nattokinase goes to work dissolving clots. 2000-4000 Fibrinolytic Units per day (2-4 capsules) with or without food.
- Serrapeptase (enzyme): is an anti-inflammatory proteolytic enzyme in the trypsin family. Like other proteolytic enzymes, serrapeptase helps break down proteins into smaller particles. It can promote healing by reducing fluid and debris accumulation that occur around necrotic or injured tissue. Dosage: 100-200 mg on an empty stomach per day.
- VeganZyme* (enzyme blend): This is the only enzyme formula in the world that contains Glucose Oxidase, Serrapeptase and Nattokinase in one product. Dosage: 3 capsules, twice a day with or without food.
