Here are the VeganZyme Ingredients and their Properties
Alpha Galactosidase: Eliminates Gas caused by the digestion of Beans, Cruciferous vegetables and Legumes.
Amylase. An enzyme which breaks starch and other carbohydrates. Amylase is naturally excreted from the pancreas and saliva.
Bromelain. A proteolytic enzyme derived from pineapple. Bromelain attacks the long chain polypeptides of proteins, breaking them down into shorter chain peptides, which are then able to be broken down further by other enzymes.
Catalase: A master enzyme first isolated in soils and found in nearly all living organisms on Earth and serves as an antioxidant defence shield against oxidation.
Glucoamylase. Converts starch into energy like amylase, but is most active in a highly acidic environment. The inclusion of this component allows for many carbohydrates to be broken down prior to exiting the stomach.
Hemicellulase. Breaks down hemicellulose, a type of polysaccharide that is more complex than simple sugar and present along with cellulose in all plant cell walls
Invertase. This carbohydrate-digesting enzyme that splits sucrose into simple sugars.
