Cymbiotika’s B12 is an organic blend of Methylcobalamin and Adenosylcobalamin, the two most bioactive forms of Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6 known as pyridoxine and L-methylfolate. B12 (as Methylcobalamin, & Adenosylcobalamin): Methylcobalamine and Adenosylcobalamin are coenzyme forms of B12, meaning they are the most bio-available and absorbable of the four types of vitamin B12.
B-6 (as Pyridoxine HCI): Contributes to the utilization of B12 for nervous system communication. B-6 is required for more than 140 biological reactions necessary for sustaining human life.
Folate (as 500 mcg L-Methylfolate): The most bioavailable form of Vitamin B-9 needed for the production of red and white blood cells in bone marrow to convert carbohydrates into energy production and the production of DNA and RNA.
Purified Water: More gentle than alcohol and appropriate for everyone, triple distilled water is the most neutral carrier.
