Welcome to my Newsletter! I love reaching all of You each week on social media. Yet, I enjoy (even more) pulling the last week or two together in this Newsletter. The goal of this Newsletter is to integrate all the magic (and insanity) of the latest concepts, headlines and innovations all the way home.
As I mentioned in the last Newsletter (and worth mentioning again): My goal is to make medical freedom and nutrition choice possible for every human being on Earth. The idea is simple: the more choice, the more freedom! I have been at this for nearly 30 years, covering the fields of cleansing and detox, raw foods, superfoods, superherbs, worldwide herbal and healing systems, electronic medicine, earthing and much more.

As many of you know, I had been traveling for two weeks in Egypt. I am still extraordinarily touched by the experience. Here is what happened after leaving the extraordinary land of pyramids and temples…
After Egypt, we made it to Greece. It was great to cool off. Egypt is a massive desert with the life-giving Nile River running thru its center. Outside of that strip, the place is astoundingly bone dry. All we could find in the desert was nestle plastic water and I was severely dehydrated because plastic water is the worst ever. Once in Greece the tables turned immediately. Athens had many more water choices and our first organized trip there was to head for the hills and the Oracle of Delphi.
Delphi is well known for its abundant cold springs and drinking water. We found two great springs there and drank to our hearts content.
Much of that energy that was activated in Egypt carried right along into Delphi, including the foundational megalithic stones that support the entire region of Delphi. I was struck by how identical the megalithic substructure of Delphi mimicked—to the letter—the megalithic structures of Egypt. Delphi is a very ancient site with tremendous significance to numerous civilizations, especially the ancient Greek civilization that gave birth to our current epoch.
One of the most impressive finds at Delphi was the numerous ancient olive trees growing throughout the sacred glades of the region — (the wild almond trees were also interesting).
Genetically, there is no better food for me than wild, naturally sun-ripened (on rocks) olives or “hammades” (the ones that have fallen) as the Greeks call them. And there were tens of thousands of naturally sun-ripened olives all over Delphi. I picked and ate to my heart’s content. They are a black food — truly a Jing nourishing and longevity food. They are the “meat” for a vegetarian like me.
Now, these olives had fallen upon the rocks and paths and ground thru the winter and here I showed up in May and they were perfectly ready; that tells you how long they typically take for all of them to ripen—and all of them were perfectly ripe! It was truly astounding, a treasure trove!
Almost everybody who eats olives has no idea that they are eating a significantly processed product. Early on in my twenties, my friends and I would forage our food every Tuesday afternoon and evening from various neighborhoods in the Hillcrest and Balboa Park area of San Diego, California. That’s when I first became aware of the true majesty of the olive tree and how it will naturally produce a wonderful food if you allow the Sun to ripen the olives and let the rains wash the tannins out.
As many of you know, we lost a great ally recently, with the passing medical freedom fighter Dr. Rashid Buttar. My friend Liana sent me this photo of all of us hanging out about 4 years ago at a Health Conference. You can see Dr. Buttar peeking in on the left. Liana is in the middle.
Dr. Buttar will be deeply missed. I knew him as a deeply spiritual and reverent soul. The evidence of his untimely demise points to nefarious actors as Dr. Buttar himself believed he was poisoned after a CNN interview earlier this year. We pray for Dr. Buttar’s lovely family and his great circle of friends and supporters. He’s helping us from the other side now.

A deeper investigation has revealed an important discovery regarding:
Quercetin
Natto K2 (Vitamin K2 derived from Natto)
HCQ (HydroxyChloroquine)
Ivermectin
This research reveals that Quercetin, Natto-derived Vitamin K2, HCQ and Ivermectin itself are P-glycoprotein Inhibitors that potentiate ivermectin. When ivermectin is excessively potentiated in mammal experimental models, fertility is lowered and toxic reactions are possible for ivermectin.
What does this mean?
A few things:
When taking Quercetin, Natto K2 and/or HCQ take less ivermectin (men may want to cut from 12 mg / day to 6 mg / day and women may want to cut from 6 mg / day to 3 mg / day) or one may choose to take no ivermectin at all when taking any of all of these three compounds as these three make ivermectin more powerful and potentially toxic.
Not only that, but ivermectin itself is a P-glycoprotein inhibitor and a build up of ivermectin in the system may make ivermectin progressively toxic; therefore, cycling on and off ivermectin is recommended (eg. 2 or 3 weeks on and 1 or 2 weeks off).
These P-Glycoprotein Inhibition recommendations have not been confirmed in human studies, yet this research is warranted based on mammal studies. Overall, the safety profile of Quercetin, Natto-K2, HCQ and ivermectin are individually extraordinarily high—they are considered some of the safest nutraceuticals on the market.
Ivermectin, Chloroquine & Hydroxychloroquine, Quercetin are all P-glycoprotein inhibitors. Numerous statin products are P-Glycoprotein inhibitors as well.

I have found testing of 5 sprouts and all were rich in shikimate: red kidney bean (Phaseolus vulgaris), moth bean (Vigna aconitifolia), soy bean (Glycine max), mung bean (Vigna radiata) and alfalfa (Medicago saliva). All these were analysed for their shikimic acid content during germination, so the sprouting process is key to activate shikimate production.
Enzymes:
- Nattokinase (enzyme) and Natto is a traditional Japanese food made from soybeans fermented with Bacillus subtilis var. natto. Natto (also rich in vascular protective Vitamin K2) and Nattokinase have a history of being used to prevent blood clots. The idea is here is that the enzyme Nattokinase goes to work dissolving clots. 2000-4000 Fibrinolytic Units per day (2-4 capsules) with or without food.
- Serrapeptase (enzyme): is an anti-inflammatory proteolytic enzyme in the trypsin family. Like other proteolytic enzymes, serrapeptase helps break down proteins into smaller particles. It can promote healing by reducing fluid and debris accumulation that occur around necrotic or injured tissue. Dosage: 100-200 mg on an empty stomach per day.
